August Club News

Lots has been going on behind the scenes over the last few months and it has all come together this month with the arrival of new Rolan beginners bows and new ACA enamelled medals. The first of these medals were handed out at the Club Championships at the end of last month (Full details of the shoot are in the August news letter) so if you were lucky enough to win one of these new medals, well done. Chris Punton is also taking members views about possible club colours, so if you see him on the field let him know your preference or send him an email.

The Whitefriars Tournament, which is the Clubs last outdoor open Tournament of the year is rapidly approaching on the 29th of August and as ever we need as many members as possible to help out on the day. Even a couple of hours would be a big help, Roger will even make you a free cup of Tea if you turn up to help! With September only a few weeks away the season will soon be over so if you've not shot much this year make the most of the facilities you've paid for and get shooting.
